★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unhelpful staff. Refusing to provide support for UPS articles even though they are an authorized UPS outlet. Does not accept prepaid labels as they do not get to earn any commission from it.

And when I tried to ask them for more information on how I can get my parcel delivered, all I get was the same answer being repeated over and over again.
This company should just close down and save themselves from further disgrace.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are posting UPS, just take note that they only do international shipping. For local they only do Singpost. Go iplan pte ltd at 28 Kallang Place for local UPS delivery.

Irregular opening hours (note the hours are stated on UPS website but they will not open on time)
Irregular operating dates (they have been closed for a number of days without any notice pasted on the window/door).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never following opening hours pasted outside the shop. Shop closed during tabulated timing. Better call before going. Better still, if you need postal service, go to Sing Post. If you need UPS drop off, go other drop off points.
