Excellent customer service! My house was under renovation and there were many delays, but they accomodated to all my changes and was extremely polite and helpful!
I've recently purchased another bed from them! Can't wait for it to be delivered.

Staff was very knowledgeable about the products, and explained various product features.
Staff was also honest, instead of selling additional flat board for our bed, took pains to explain why it is not needed for certain mattress brands.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience visiting the showroom and choosing a dining set plus bedframe from their great designs. Paid deposit using paynow which gave slight discount. Once order was shipped, delivery was arranged and they were flexible enough to add on a few smaller items to my invoice prior to the delivery.
On the day 2 personnel showed up to assemble and position the furniture in my new place, bit noisy due to furniture drills used, but it was pretty fast and then finally I transferred the remaining balance.
Very professional and highly recommended.

However, once we stepped into the Showroom we just knew we want everything from here. Bought a bed frame, mattress, tables, chairs, console and dressing table from them. The service is also perfect - Eric served us well and gave us huge discounts. They even allowed me to return an item that I realised doesn’t suit my house, and exchanged it for other items. I stained my own table, but was given a complimentary sand-down and refresh. Thank you Namu, 10/10 would recommend.

The service has been impeccable from the show room experience to the installation of a new bed and dismantling and disposal of our old bed. Highly recommended.
