★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No one has more integrity than Mr. Zheng when it comes to the grading and testing of gemstones. His standards are extremely high; he does not anyhow classify a gem’s color as “pigeon blood” or “royal blue” just because you or anyone needs it to be so. It either meets his (very high) standards or it does not. He is one of the most honest gemologists and hardworking man I know. Be prepared to wait a week or 2 for your certificate because every jeweller I know (in SG) feels the same way and that’s why his is the busiest lab in town!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely detailed and professional.Mr Zeng has shown why he is the best in Singapore and one of the top gemologist in the world.His standards are strict and he does not easily give out positive comments on the gem stones just because it suits the customer’s want.Highly recommend and be patient as he is in demand!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a bad experience with this place.. and the problem is consistent with what many others have faced - Irresponsible and bad service. They delayed my collection multiple times previously in my last transaction with them. They should not have promised a date which they know they cannot deliver. I had to change my own plans multiple times because of this. I will go to other gem labs going forward.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I been using Nan Yang lab for few years. The most reliable place to check diamonds and Gem stones. Mr Zeng is a professional gemologist that always get the same results as overseas labs (checked few times GIA certificates to authenticate). The service is ok and it might take some time but I prefer to get it done professionally. Highly recommend!!
