 Noodle paste, a kind of pasta that tastes a bit like shark fin soup after adding vinegar. Originated in Quanzhou, Fujian, it is a special snack in southern Fujian and Taiwan. It is relatively rare in Singapore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quality greatly deteriorated vs. by-gone days ...partly due overwhelming “popularity” & increasing aging only chef-owner.
Go only for nostalgia espy., poor man’s “shark fin soup” & claypot liver...AND if one have plenty of time to wait...batch cooking.
Longest wait to take away - 1 hr 45 mins...after order taker just as “...shortest waiting time ABOVE 30 mins...” correctly so ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thought of giving this stall a chance and a try but only to regret over my decision. First and last time. Waited for 40min though I was 2nd in line. Not sure why it’s taking that long. All my family members felt this was one of the worst zhi char, totally not worth the $50 spent to taopao. Very little ingredient and quite tasteless such as the sin chow mee hoon, fried rice, spare ribs were hard, etc …
