As a student, I am able to receive high quality training using Learning Management System (LMS) to allow me to be in touch of technology as well as to submit my answer experientially and experimentally.Their Trainers are all qualified, experienced and dedicated. Thumbs up and I would like to extend my thanks to all the Trainers during my course.

As a student myself, I find the trainers are well trained and knowledgeable and make studying more fun and easy to to understand the course. Well-done NATC for making a memorable studying experience.

There is so much hiccups going on and you constantly have to call em up to follow up despite them screaming that they will call you back.
The coaches are rather great but the headmistress and her secretary really need to take courses on customer service or rather manners. They do need to understand that they are dealing with adult learners and not kids to be using words like attitude and screaming over the phone. Most importantly, do understand people's frustration and listen to understand before raising your voices.
Do yourself a favor and take your money to other private institutes. Also do remember as a private institution, you do depend on students signing up for your courses, customer service fail.
It is a real problem if your coaches actually agree that the headmistress has a bad attitude
