★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just wonder why we are not able to send in food for our loved ine who is being isolated at the hospital. As an infed patience they are there to rest n isolate themselves from spreading but why can their family member sent in their meal as sometime the food at the hospital may not be suitable.... Please look into this ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My sister was admitted and treated in NCID for covid for 25 days.
With thanks to Dr Julian Tok, Nurse Shirley Neo & Nurse Nice Hope in Ward 5F for their care & attention, she was well & was discharged on 16th Nov. All that was shared online on the bad attitude of the Frontline staffs was not as bad as was described. They practice patience & concern which also include the isolated ward 6A staffs & the physio therapists. My sister really thankful to the frontline staffs and would like to salute them. Our family really appreciate the care & concern especially to Dr Julian Tok who without fail update me daily on my sister's condition. Thank you again Dr Tok & also to the team in Ward 5F & Ward 6A.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mom was warded into 5F NCID early last week. Due to her condition, we were allowed to visit her. The visits were less than pleasant, we were all made to wait outside the auto door for at least half an hour dispite the digital door buzzing the nurses. This happened over 3 days of our visitations.
The mom also complaint that no nurses are not attending to her dispite her buzzing them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My father was admitted to 9F NCID isolation ward. The nurses are helpful with my phone requests to help my aged father. My father also commented the doctors and nurses are kind throughout his stay.
