I have yet to hear any update from them on the registration error. I sent an email to enrol for a course early this month but till today I am unable to complete the registration. Closing date is nearing.

Very poor assistance rendered from NIEC. As a consumer and someone who would want to upgrade as per what is recommended, the staff is not interested in replying emails, calls unanswered and not helpful with any additional information. Just told us to refer to website.

Takes 2 days to reply the emails, and the latest email almost 3 days no reply. My sister have to chase them for updates on enrollment.

As a keen applicant for one of the courses offered by NIEC, I was very disappointed and horrified with the poor communication and poor replies given by the school. They were also not helpful and made the application process very tedious and inefficient, which resulted in my application status to shift to the following intake instead of the one I applied for. I had emailed and expressed interests and enquired for the course even before the registration process was open. I had submitted all required documents only to be given ambiguous replies that rejected my international school certification and asked for my local university degree transcripts. When I submitted that, they said it is not enough and required my local university degree certification. Resulting in many rounds of delay. NIEC provided the worst assistance during this application process, and during times of a pandemic. It was highly stressful and inefficient. Very disappointing start to my enrollment in the school. Your standard replies to the other negative reviews shows your consistent disregard for providing useful help and service to students who are sincere in applying for the courses.
