Unexperienced workers, very unskilled, Spoiled the vents of our air conditioner. Made scars on my ceiling upon cleaning my air conditioner. When called to the company theu didnt want to admit but said its our fault. Completely atrocious workers and company.

We had three aircon units installed iby Natural Cool in January 2018 . All three units stalled suddenly at the same time and we thought it was due to grime and dust that clogged all the units or a compressor's mechanism fault. We then arranged for an aircon maintenance company to clean the aircons. The worker run a check and found that one of the aircons' pipe had burst which resulted in a gas leak, not due to any mechanism fault. The worker shared with us that new aircons would not need to top up the gas pipe just under slightly more than a year. The leak was mainly due to the contractor's inappropriate laying of the pipes. Natural Cool refused to take the responsibility for the gas leak and to absorb the full cost. Their argument was that it had exceeded a period of 12 months which ended in January 2019 and also cited a reason for not engaging them to investigate the problem initially. The matter in question is, how would we know there was any gas leak? Instinctively we would have suspected a clog.

Very bad service. Technicians came to house recently to service my air conditioning units were very rude and threw tools noisily. Insisted that I change my aircon when it is still functioning and cold.

All aircons broke down one hour after servicing today, waiting for technicians to come back to rectify. I give 2 stars because they were ok for the past few years... if this round they failed to fix, i will wish to give zero stars

Worst service! They will leave your floor dirty and damaged!!! My speaker got wet when they didn’t place any plastic cover and water was dripping all over. Then whole floor all dirty and wet when they left. Worst of all, during chemical cleaning they dropped their tool high from the ceiling to the wooden floor and pretend that the cracks on the floor was not their doing!!! And the management guy even said it was because the floor was laminated and was asking for video proof on the act when the tool dropped and damaged the floor! What an idiot!

Worst contractor I've seen. Rescheduled my appointment to a weekend giving an explanation that their team could not come down in time. Now that we came down to our office specifically for the rescheduled appointment, and have waited for more than 2 hours, their team has yet to arrived. Not even a courtesy call to inform of any updates. Have been trying to call back to the same mobile number but nobody answered. Definitely would not engage their service nor recommend anybody. No wonder our MCST decided to terminate the contract with them.

Lousy service, they came and clean my aircon and now my air con is unable to start, the best thing is non of their given numbers are working. There are two mobile numbers given in the website, non of them works. won't recommend this to anyone. Please do not use Natural Cool Airconditioning & Engineering Pte Ltd I had to update my comment again, recently one of my air con in my bedroom started to leak water, so i complained guess what technician never show up, the owner ask me to call the technician, what kind of a service are you providing. Should be Permanently closed for life
