★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a bag of maca powder from ntuc yesterday and mix a teaspoon of maca powder with milk ( follow the instructions given at the back of the packaging) before going to bed. Around 4.30am I'm feeling bad feeling giddy, headache heart beat goes a little faster thn usual etc and keep throwing up (just like as if you are kanna food poisoning).
After I done a research online it show that although Maca powder gave you Benefits
But it also will gave you side Effects such as
