★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have engaged Nayak freight for my relocation from Singapore to Ireland. The initial communication were all excellent and the rates were competitive. I was promised my shipment would be loaded in the container on 15th as my packing was done on 13th Sep. A week later without any news i contacted them and reply was the container departure has postponed to 25th. Fine. On receiving container details i realised my shipment was heading to Netherlands instead of UK(as in the original quoute). Their quote ETA was 1.5 months and it took 2.5 months for me to get my items. Their quoute says "estimated clearance delivery" 7-10 working days and it took 1.5 months. I didn't have much fragile items but everything was intact. If the time is not a consideration then Nayak is ok. Not my choice next time for sure.
