A company whose petty HR rejects your application in their system PERMANENTLY because you declined their offer politely (HR lady slammed the phone without saying bye) years ago. Had to create a new account to submit an application again and got rejected PERMANENTLY once again without any reason. Their HR reflects what kind of company they are. Typical petty Singaporean Chinese. Lol. The salary they offered was at least 10% below market rate. Must all candidates accept their offers without negotiation? It's nothing personal but their HR took it personally. LOL Their HR policies must be so remarkable that I overhear people badmouthing them in the MRT. Lololol. People were complaining about having to work during PH with no time off, constant OT, project managers reluctant to approve annual leave although it's their ENTITLEMENT, project timeline problem, etc. Interesting, don't you think?

Pathetic organization under the ex bosses before the change. Hopefully better treatment of staff and welfare with the new CEO.

The NCS Hub building is currently undergoing a massive renovation. While sheltered parking is available, the parking lots are limited. Thankfully a good portion of the staff are working from home, and parking is usually available during the pandemic period. For pick up and drop off, drivers would need to enter the compound (pass the entrance gantry) to access the temporary drop-off / pick-up point between Block B and Block C. There are facilities for visitors/staff requiring ramp accesses. The receptionist area is temporarily re-located within the ground level of Block B. Entry to this area require staff pass, or a visitor pass. Exchange for visitor pass must be done at the security guard house. This can be inconvenient especially when raining. Delivery of goods or contractors entry require pre-granted security clearance - so please ensure that access is granted and arranged prior to the actual visit.

Nice environment. Got fish tank to relax your eyes. Gym to wake your lethargic fats. Work place have to really depends on your fate where you landed in ?

The food really cannot make it in the canteen. The food is cold & they won't even reheat it. The fries was cold and hard that it can cut your throat while eating it. Payment method for the food is also very troublesome you will need to install some app. Overall cannot make it. Please do something about your food standard if you want happy employees so that it will boost their moral up. Have more cafes around & snacks. Please do something about your company's welfare for your employees.
