Don't buy Neffos. AVOID NEFFOS. Their phone has problem and they run away. Their two year warranty is a total scam. The Neffos C7 Lite I bought kept dropping blue tooth. I had a hard time getting a response from their service centre since April 20 and I have to talk to people from their PRC TP-Link office. After that instead of trying to repair, someone called me from 8666 0809 said he is from Neffos to offer a one for one change because they suspected it is the chip problem. I have no choice but to go to their service centre for the exchange but I suspected the new one could carry the same problem as they are probably the same batch. I tested it that very day and as what I am worried the one they gave me has the same blue tooth issue. I text the person at 8666 0890 who never gave me him name and position in Neffos. He called and said that Neffos is cheap and therefore they used cheap/old bluetooth (chip) and this phone is meant for retirees and children !!! He refused to repair and or refund. He then "disappeared" by not reading messages or take phone call. This is a terrible company. They think they can short change consumers.
