Thanks Neo Garden for delivering a tasty n interesting menu for this year's CNY celebration!! My family love the dishes especially the Claypot Sichuan Sliced Fish w Pickled Mustard. They also love the Yu Sheng and thanks for the Loh Hei Fridge Magnet, love it ??????

This was my 1st time ordering from Neo Garden. I ordered 3 sets of Mini Party Sets for my 13th Jan 2019 birthday event self-collection. The food quality was fresh and good. All my guests were impressed with the food and all thumbs-up to the taste and finished up all the food. My children guests also loved the side dishes very much. The sales executive, Vanessa was responsive and helpful to my queries on phone. Very nice young lady. Overall 1st impression of this caterer was good. And on 17th Jan, saw Neo Garden was featured in the Talking Point Show by Channel 5, I was once again impressed that the interior kitchen area, cooking utensils and working tables were clean and not dirty unlike other caterers. The kitchen cleanliness is important for cooked food so please keep up the good work !!! I would definitely recommend Neo Garden for my future Corporate event if they continue the good food quality control. In addition, I have 2 feedbacks for you to highlight : 1) On 13th Jan before my self-collection time, your kitchen staff called me to say that the Otah was ordered wrongly. It was supposed to be Banana Leaf Otah rather than other Otah and their kitchen staff have removed the wrapping. So I have no choice and decided to change to Siew Mai. Actually, I would prefer Otah than Siew Mai. So I will appreciate that in future, please try to give the correct item to avoid any unhappiness. Sometimes, the reasons why the hosts ordered some food could be due to some guests having allergy or certain preference. So by changing any food items last minute may cause unforeseen unhappiness to the host and guests. And it is the kitchen staff responsibility to check and tally the stock to the customer orders especially I have confirmed a few times on this item with Vanessa. 2) Upon self-collection at the kitchen area, the kitchen floor was little wet due to the staff were cleaning for end day work. As the car was not allowed to enter the kitchen area to collect, so it might be dangerous if customers walked in and fell on the slippery floor especially there were some staircases to reach the kitchen collection point. Luckily, the lady kitchen staff was helpful and I have enough helpers. Otherwise, I might have problem getting up the staircase since my legs were not good and the kitchen floor collection area was little wet and slippery. It is important to keep all kitchen area to be dry and clean to prevent growth of bacteria. Or alternatively, should car be allowed in for self-collection serve a better way than customers walked into the wet kitchen area better? Other than the 2 feedbacks that I have highlighted, this caterer Neo Garden was absolutely perfect in the food quality and good customer service. Keep up the good food quality !!

The sales coordinators are seriously in need of training. They dont seem to understand English so dealing via email is super frustrating!!! Gave them specific instruction to resume my tingkat at EARLIEST AVAILABLE DATE, but they did not execute my instruction because i did not reply "confirm". Hello, i am sorry i did not have time to sit down and wait for your email and then click reply and confirm, i have a newborn at home and i do not have a helper, so when i gave u specific and clear instruction i thought u would have enough brains to understand and execute it. Or you could have called me!! Seriously, i am not gonna renew neo garden, its not the first time i have unpleasant encounter with their sales coordinator, they are rigid and cant really use their brain. There are better tingkats around

We have been catering from them for Chinese New Year and family celebrations, such as Fathers’ Day or birthday parties. Despite just ordering the regular menu, there’s a wide varieties of choices, such as coffee chicken, curry prawn, butter fish, curry bun and pineapple rice. The portion of the food is huge, there’s quite a bit of leftovers. Taste of food suits everyone.

Food came on time and setup was easy and quick. However the food portions were miserable. I had 27 guests (including ourselves) and I ordered for 30. My husband and I barely ate so it was just 25 adults eating. The food portions were so small that all the food was finished except the beehoon and dessert before the last 7 guests arrived. That was hugely embarrassing given that everyone who recommended Neo Garden said that their portions were good and there’s always leftovers. I can’t comment on the taste since I barely ate. It doesn’t cost that much to give a little more fish and chicken so everyone can have sufficient food to eat, or at least they could have suggested to order more and money isn’t an issue. Not having sufficient food to feed your guests is a major issue.

Ordered twice their 10days daily meals. Meals quality is generally good. However the customer service is really bad. Had requested for non spicy dishes as there are kids at home. At first they accommodate, even sending replacement when they sent a spicy one over by accident. Subsequently they send over a spicy dish again, and when I feedback,the customer service just said the kitchen says it's not spicy. And then third time came the chicken with the spicy sauce,and when I informed them on it, they again said the same thing. I told them they are welcome to take the food back. And the customer service duly replied that they will. Be my guest, I'm now just waiting for the contract to be over.

Daily meal service is not their specialty, we ordered their meal service expecting better than other tingkat because it is more expensive than regular tingkat. But after working whole day and get home sees this type of quality, sure is disappointment every time. We request only dishes no rice cuz we will make our own, but meals would come with bee hoon or rice or pasta. I called to complained their customer service confirmed will feedback to operation, but nothing has changed. Signed up for 12days, now I just want it to be over.

Always ordered Neo garden for our parties, their cereal on the cereal prawns never fails and is always crispy and not soggy. Bee hoon and curry is always delicious and expected, their standard did nt drop. However this round i find the prawns to be overcooked and on the drier side. Other then that it was great
