★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company is responsible for dozens of nuisance calls to my workplace. Despite requesting to be removed from their list they continue to call. They have also continuously called all of our offices in Australia dozens of times in the past 2 weeks. Has rung repeatedly today, with their last calls to launch a stream of expletives and threats.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Possibly the worst example of phone harassment of businesses I've ever heard of. They constantly call the offices of Plastic Surgery practices around Australia demanding the direct emails of our surgeons and staff. When they don't get them, they become aggressive and start screaming at team members. More than one person has been in tears, and they refuse to stop even when the surgeons themselves answer the calls to protect their teams and tell them to go away. With over 100 Practice Managers in clinics across the country we are now familiar with their tricks and one of our clinics have contacted the Police. A shocking example of how NOT to do business and makes their website claims of being a 'top notch' communications company laughable. GO AWAY NEO EDGE - not a single clinic in our network is interested in whatever it is you are selling!
