Was served by Harizad who was very nice, knowledgeable and patient with our numerous queries. We got ourselves a Nesspresso Lattissima One machine with the bundle capsule package. We are very pleased with the service that Harizad gave us. Thank you.

I applaud the customer service specifically those at Raffles and in particular Raziah who has truly demonstrated what hospitality means. The very epitome of service and grace :). I also am thankful to Wayne Martal, coffee specialist who contacted me and was patient and understanding in my 'cleaning' predicament ;) I do think their technical support warrants improvement though, just saying in terms of communication.

I have waited for one week day (today), but until now, I have yet to receive through E mail , the promised 10% coupon. could you enlightened me !

Today, I requested for this descaling session but the customer service operator (online) denied the session citing machine out of warranty and suggested I buy a descaling kit. I asked if I could get a one piece descaling kit free of charge, and the CS operator said no. As a business solution, and thousands of coffee capsules, with no discount or any promotions, asking for a one piece descaling kit isn't too much, isn't it?

Mentioned same day delivery but when we ordered on Sunday, the customer service gave excuses that the system was down and that the order cant be delivered the next working day. also, they said that they would deliver today (Tuesday) but they again sent a message that they cant deliver and would have to deliver tomorrow ! if you cant deliver as promised, then dont put claims on the website that you can. really disappointing.

I have happily been using Nespresso for years in different countries but here the online ordering service is unacceptable. They take no responsibility for their deliveries and don’t even know when the product doesn’t deliver. Nothing would happen without the customer initiating a painful online chat through their website. Even then, nothing happens. In the latest debacle they failed to deliver a simple order in 3 scheduling attempts. They didn’t need anyone home, did not need to call to confirm anything. All they needed to do was leave the box by the door. Yet they couldn’t manage even that in 3 attempts. I will never use Nespresso again. And will do my best to dissuade others of the experience. Ground is far better anyway.
