★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No sampling from NESCAFÉ Dolce Gusto at NTUC FairPrice Tampines Mall - staff (3) explain to customers that NESCAFÉ/Starbucks are making a loss from giving out sampling, yet they help themselves to coffee. We are confused.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered 15packs 3in1 white coffee, 2 packs milo, 1 carton coffee canes with free Iona steamer on 09.09.2021 event @ Shopee platform. End up received only 2 packs Milo and coffee canes. The 15packs 3in1 white coffee & Iona steamer are not there. Contact customer service Nestle @ Shopee platform but no response. Until I said I will thread this bad news to the social media then long long time replied 1 msg from general system with info:“ Hi there! Kindly allow me some time to look into the inquiry. I will update you as soon as possible. Thank you.” Can’t believe such a big company but very bad service, DISHONEST seller. I don’t want to says the words “CHEATING “ but they are. And till now 18.09.2021 still no news for my remaining items eventho I sent several reminder msg to them. Hope all buyer extra be careful when deal with Nestle Singapore at Shopee to avoid lost money like me.
