Marsiling Yew Tee Town council has the WORST service for this court. Made a phone call at 7:30PM to Marsiling-Yewtee Town council, to inform them that the lights are not working. The town council informed us that they will send technicians to come and turn on the lights. An hour passed, no technicians, another phone call was make. Once again they inform us that they will send technicians as soon as possible. As 9 O'clock approached there was still no technicians, however the lights of the basketball court did light up for a record of ................ 5 Seconds. YES. FIVE SECONDS!!!!!!!!! Before proceeding to utter darkness. A phone call was once again placed to the Town Council, informing them of this incident and that the technicians were not on the ground. They claim that the technicians came, but we inform them otherwise. Around 9:30 we gave them another call, and express our disappointment in their service quality. All in all, from 7:30 - 10:30 PM YES! 10:30 PM the time that they should be turning OFF the lights. TRUST ME, BALLING IN DARKNESS IS NO FUN! NO technicians came to turn on the lights, despite making four phone calls to the town council. Horrible service standards. A disappointment in the horrendous reliability standards of Marsiling Yew Tee Town council.
