★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A bad company with some of the managers micro managing and clueless. The HR has no idea how to interview a candidate and the managers can't even keep to a schedule of meeting the candidate.
Really no professionalism with regards to the company

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Top management needs to look into these areas to excel:
Workload distribution as some engineers are overworked while others rest in office because products they managing not selling and others just go missing. Some who are seniors also MIA but some are really helpful and good.
Product Sales need to have deep product knowledge so not to over commit to customer on projects whether it is possible to do or not.
Presales really need to have strong technical knowledge as most of them cannot even support the engineer when an issue arises else it is useless to employ them.
Project managers should do more than just allocating engineers to the respective projects like a middle man.
Need to have a clocking system for all staffs including sales, presales and project managers so that top management can easily review who are the real workers and reward them else people will just come and go.
