The lady in the shop was very helpful and provides advice on what crystals are suitable for me as I was looking for something that can help me relax and sleep better. I bought an Amethyst bracelet and tumble stone. I am now hooked and will definitely go back again!

We are quite new to crystal and gems so we asked the male sale assistant some questions like how do we know what's individual gem for and etc. And he replied, you can Google. Google can give you all the answer you wants to know. But how do we know what to google? So he was quite unfriendly! Will never enter the shop again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been a customer of this shop since 2016. It all started with a piece of jade pendant which my friend ordered for me and ask me to collect from Aunty Grace and friendship was bulit over the years.
Staff of newage fsg are kind, helpful and friendly. I always trust them for their advice ,recommendation and the quality and price of their crystals.
The only shop that I will go to for purchasing crystals

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The moment I stepped into the store and was "greeted" with rude male sales person who were not tactical with his words. A lot of customer service work need to be done.
The Crystals quality is average which is much expensive than other outlets. You can get cheaper options and better quality at Farrer Park. Various Crystals shops where you can be served with better quality crystal and service quality.
PS: the male sales associate, if you are the owner of the shop, you are a disgrace to the service line. You are more particular with your safe entry board than selling your Crystals. Being rude can be corrected with customers service training but ignorance is beyond hope.
