Not only does he listen to where your body aches, but he would ask questions too when we have new areas of our body aching, after that he would tell us exercises or things we could do to slowly built up the strength for the area. Example: when i started jogging my calf would always get hurt half way that i could barely walk, after hearing he suggested ways for me to slowly build up my calf muscle + he enquire the type of shoes i used too. After seeing he knew that it was the wrong shoe & suggested shoes to me based on my preferred brand. As for their front desk rose, she is a great & efficient staff too! Even if there is no slot but if you are in real pain, she would try her best to slot you in, they are not inflexible. When you come, you do not feel like you are coming to see a doctor, but instead the vibe here is very calm. 100% recommend Dr Neil!

I attend treatments everyweek and during covid time while gyms are closed - it is only one thing that help me to avoid back pain. I am in software development, and spine issues is quite common for our people. But Dr. Neil gave me a simple relief, and his advices helped to change my day routine to avoid trouble. He seeks to ensure that all his patients are well-informed of our condition and our well-being. During our sessions, he is often very forth with his answers whenever we come with our 1001 queries. I really like his warm personality and professionalism. His clinic assistant exudes very welcoming front desk experience. She is very efficient and friendly. I have been suffering from frozen shoulder for some 8 months. Under Dr Neil's care, my frozen shoulder improves significantly that I stopped going for acupuncture and physio. Thank you, Dr Neil.

He is immaculate and professional coupled with a good sense of humor. I am sure glad I was transferred to his clinic. I will highly recommended him to anyone looking for a Chiroprator.

Initially a skeptic of chiropractic, I’m now a convert after I no longer had to deal with incessant neck & lower back aches. I included a picture of my dad who is disabled and has to be confined to a wheelchair - I bring him to Dr Neil weekly and his quality of life has been much improved.
