I ordered a AIRBOT vacuum on 10th Oct thru Lazada. Instead of delivering a vacuum cleaner I received a FILTER (worth $15 attached) on 16th Oct. Upon checking they said their system made a mistake and the item will be delivered. I have been chasing them since. Till today I have not received my item.. And they are now saying I have exceeded a time frame and cant even refund. So I have no refund and No item.
This is a cheat. They give a free gift and change the system tracking as delivered.
