★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome service. Very definition of how small neighborhood businesses should be. Went to the original Tissot shop and was told that they would take 4 weeks to change my watch battery. Came to New Time and they managed to do it in 5 minutes for 25% of the price and with friendly service to boot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This shall be my ‘friendly, neighbourhood watch shop’. Had been around since im young, since my aunt first move in the neighbourhood more than 30 years ago. Due to the trust & relationship that was being built up over the years, my family is good to leave our branded watches here for repair or replacement of lasting batteries. There are many button batteries out there in the market which enables ourselves to change our car’s FOB or watches, however, i realised that their batteries stock seem to be more reliable than what i can buy from others. For example: i recently change a burberry watch with a renata battery which i was pleasantly surprised it was 2 years ago since i last replaced it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Changed battery for my Daniel Wellington watch. Price is cheap with 2 choices. $5 which can last 1 year & $7 which can last 2 years approx. Considered cheap compared to mall watch shop like Vincent watch which charges $15. Friendly seller. Can even use CDC voucher!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good service and reasonable price. Give the option of S$5(battery that can last for less than 1 year) or S$12(battery that can last for more than 2 years). Also, repaired my cyma chronograph that cannot set at 12 o'clock, problem, foc. 5 star experience!!!
