The hairdressers don’t even have the basic courtesy to come out and tell the people who are waiting outside that there are 6 people inside the salon doing colouring. Everyone was waiting outside.

Since I try cutting my hair few years ago. Start to return there for bleaching my hair n also treatment. The hairdresser are all very friendly and NVR force buying their products.

The Malaysians are very friendly and polite however the China guy is very rude and does the haircut roughly. Hope they can fire the china guy so he doesn’t ruin the salon’s reputation further.

Went here more than 15 times for haircut. Today 8 March 2021 my barber was a skinny china guy , he’s shaving and cutting speed was super fast ! So I asked him politely if it was shaved properly , he replied me with a bad tone & say “ cut already la “ . I further explained that if it is shaved clean . He kept quiet and gave me a half fk touchup . As of this salon , there is 2 other male barber which is much more professional . I believe both of them are malaysian , one have slighty curled hair and another is a young malaysian guy with dyed hair . They are much more patient & they cut my hair properly with efforts . I was v satisfied with their haircuts everytime . However , Today let this china guy cut , really poor quality, though it is just a $5 haircut . Doesn’t mean cheaper price = lower quality . And with that bad attitude , he shouldn’t weigh down the professionalism of the whole salon .

Went to rebond my hair and was served by the Chinese hair stylist. He was professional and took extra care after I share that my previous rebonding experiences were less than satisfactory. He was patient and carefully pressed my hair and the result was soft and smooth after 6 hours in the saloon. He introduced leave-in Keratin solution…I don’t usually buy from saloon but was impressed with his professionalism, so I bought a bottle to support him! During my 6 hours in the saloon, managed to witness a heartwarming situation where a dad took his child with special needs for haircut. The Malaysian hair stylist with dyed hair was calm and patient while trying to cut the boy’s hair. It’s really not easy with the child fidgeting and him trying to cut his hair nicely. The outcome of the boy’s hair was great - no uneven shaves. Kudos to the dad as well who was great handling the kid. The other stylist in black shirt was great too - he was able to handle both male and female hairstyles with ease. He cut my hair previously and it was great. Overall this is my go-to place for hair works even after I shifted to Serangoon. They are transparent in their pricing and never pushy in additional treatments. But I felt bad that they were unable to take lunch as business was good. There’s never a minute of rest - they are either serving customers or sweeping floor to keep the place tidy. Else they will be keeping and folding towels. That explain why the 3 stylists are so skinny. Really hardworking and genuine trio. Thank you and keep up the good job guys!
