Nice Executive Coach

Excellent customer service (counter staff). I made a last minute walk in purchase on 21st March 2018. The lady staff was very helpful with my queries and gave useful recommendations.

Easier to get here by MRT Nicoll Highway with a few minutes walking distance. If you're going there by MRT you may alight at Nicoll Highway MRT Station (Circle Line). Use Exit A. Take stair or escalator to cross over the road (Nicoll Highway Road).Once reach the other side that the stair on the left. You will see Bus Stop and proceed further. Use the walkway until you see "The Plaza" signage in red colour (on your right). Then you will see the Nice and Transnasional counter which nearby to 7 Eleven. I frequently traveled to Singapore from KL Sentral mostly one or twice a month for business and personal. It's also few minutes walk from here to Arab Street. I was surprise that the ticket price has been revised for double deck coach from SGD49.00 to SGD40.00 (single deck SGD30.00) if purchase over counter in Singapore but only MYR65.00 (single deck MYR55.00) if brought in Malaysia. However, there was no food and cabin crew onboard but only mineral water and light snack will be provided. I prefer to use their double deck coach (Nice Imperial). Even there was a drawback because of maintenance issue of massage chairs I submit my suggestion to their managers to replace the seats. I hope the situation will be improved in near future as I'm regular customer since 2013.

Never take this bus company ! It's a total con bus! Waited an hour more at Malaysia custom for another bus to arrive just because the bus we are on board doesn't have a road tax into Singapore. What kind of nonsense ? We paid $30 SGD per person for a ticket from Kuala Lumpur to Singapore and they send a bus which can't enter Singapore and have us wait pass midnight and tomorrow we still need to face our Monday blue! Not gonna buy any ticket from this company anymore !

Very bad exprience, with the amount paid for the ticket might as well use normal vip 27 seater coach. Most of the seat was not in working condition. Either the recliner not working or the masaage contoller missing. If recliner was not working it still ok as the seat are spacious & already slightly recline but if the massge controller missing it will give a hell of back pain. The massger 'ball' already stuck & protruding out pressing on out back & we cant do anything about it. For my experience i try to swap with other seat since the bus was not full to my surprise most of the seat have the same problem.Pls imagine we need to endure it for 7Hrs from Singapore to KL! Lack of maintenance & poor Housekeeping as I spotted cockroaches on the floor.If i were to report this to NEA of Singapore , the company will be fine heftily as they serve food on board the bus. The so call stewardess was also not helpful. She don't even bother to announce to the foreigner to alight the bus at both 2nd Link checkpoint for immigration clearance. i was the one who explained to the foreigners at the checkpoints .She dont even bother ti go up at the upper level to make announcements. This comment is not to condemned the bus company but to wake up the management who think the service provided was superb as to what they claimed in the opening video on the on-board entertainment. We were not told when purchasing out tickets to bring our own earpiece/headphone to enjoy the on-board entertainment as they dont provide any. My personal comparison, AeroLine coach was 10time better than the Nice Imperial since the tickets price was almost the same. AeroLine charging SGD$50 & Nice is charging at SGD$49.

Took the bus from Penang. Paid more for less comfort. The bus was old and the cover seats were torn here & there...the seat was small, however driver was good though. I will never ever gonna take this bus again. Waste of money.

I've had good and bad experiences with Nice. They are more expensive but faster than most buses. Their 'Imperial' buses include massage chairs which aren't that comfortable because the chair is forcing hard massage balls into your back for the duration of your journey whether you want it or not. Their standards buses are great however. They always have a helpful attendant on board and they also provide some basic food and water. The Nice buses leave on time, which is nice but one time I missed my bus because the bus left early. I take the Nice bus often to Kuala Lumpur and the best part is that they drop you off in KL Sentral—the transportation center of the city, which is more convenient than being dropped off at the bus terminal in my opinion.

First time taking bus from Singapore to kl, I think their bus is good, one meal is included, they have a small tablet mount to the back of the seat. So u can enjoy movie, music or playing some games during the 4 - 6 hours ride to kl.

They have comfortable waiting area where you can relax before the journey starts and good friendly staff. But appreciate if they can put bit clean covers on the sofas at waiting area.
