★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't think price of our units here will improve. .The management is not up to par. Many defects n equipments faulty not seriously checked or injected to the fault that caused damages . I was surprise our residents tech only comes once a week . For example the Greenhaus equipments all down and what actually happened? Electrical fault ? Or equipments faulty . Already more than 3 weeks . All defects are repeated problems in less than 2 months . Is the management or technician doing their jobs ? Is sad and regret having a unit here . ( Doors/ Car park dirty / Facilities equipments faulty/ ) just go round will notice defects all over !! Sad

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The gate to the residence is a bad design. It is only one way and its a pull from the entrance. Best part is that there is no handle bar to pull the gate?♂️ I had to carry heavy items and had to pull the gate that has no bars
