I am very disappointed with Ninja Van service. Request first time for online purchase from Amazon to be sent to POP station at Causeway Point. But after close to 1 month, I still have not received. I try calling for 2 week , but no one has ever pick up my phone. They send me on messenger to track my parcel. But when I press on the "track my order" tag, the auto reply is always " I wasn't able to find an answer to your question. Please rephrase." So far, no one had call me yet. May I check with Ninja Van whether u are a accredited logistics provider? Do u did any internal audit? I may plan to also write review to Nasdaq to let more potential investors read about your service level soon. Deeply Disappointed with u!

I had been given time slot of 8-10, which I assumed was 8 am to 10 pm. Later, it was corrected on their system that the parcel left 10:04 am and will be delivered by 10 pm. That’ SATURDAY!!! Waiting 14 hours for the small item? Nonsense! β€œ Your delivery type was set for 3 days anytime delivery from 17/12/2021 to 20/12/2021 with an open time slot of 8 am to 10 pm. This order created by your shipper.” Was the response to my inquiry. β€œ Please understand the procedure and the process of a logistic company.” I do understand the poorly run logistics company. 14 hours time slots! β€œ We have few procedures too. We need to pick the parcel and have to bring it to the warehouse. Then we need to check with the driver department and assign a driver who covers the area. We are processing huge numbers of parcels too with the same procedure.β€œ The conclusion? We don’t care for the fact that we are too lazy to advise the customer and expect him to wait 14 hours for already paid order! Their answer: β€œ Anything ask with the seller who created this standard order.” All they can do is push the buck to someone else, who doesn’t run their terrible business! In the future, I will not order from anyone who uses this poorly run company

The delivery estimates of this company are unreliable. We understand that this happens because of covid---However what is not understandable is the grossly inefficient system that they have ----they claim that they will help customers track their parcel when their so called delivery estimate promises fail. However their chat system is totally unintelligent. It just keeps customers going around in circles. Their live chat is almost never working. Worse still ------It is almost impossible to get anybody from this company to talk to you on the phone. Their system is completely inefficient and to say the least --broken. Even when you call them on the given number- as early as 8am -----they claim that they have a high call volume and they keep you waiting --------then they ask you to press 1 so that you can be connected to a customer service officer only for the call to be cut off --------and this happens again and again and again. This is not only unprofessional but a gross waste of the customer's time. This company MUST stop taking its customers for a ride with such an unprofessional "customer service system" And then guess what-------the owner sends you an absolutely insipid and fake response----what an insult to the intelligence of the customer. And as what one reviewer said--- it is best not to buy from any company that uses this ridiculously inefficient company!

I am a frequent buyer from on line platforms and this Ninja Van is so far the worst delivery company I have ever encountered. A simple and small parcel after more than 10 days still not able to deliver to a place that so many of my other orders have successfully delivered. I think the service attitude is a major issue. I will give them a negative star if there is this option. Honestly, 5 stars rating is a norm and I have never rate less than 3 stars if otherwise.

I would love to give 0 stars instead. Absolutely trash courier service with no regard for timely deliveries. Do not expect to receive your parcel within the initial estimated delivery period. Real-time updates on parcel tracking is a lie. You will only receive one update at the end of the day, informing you of a failed delivery and that they would attempt to redeliver at a later date. Customer service was also scripted and provided no resolution. Do not waste your time and effort with the customer disservice from Ninja Van.

0/5 stars. Terrible courier. Item in warehouse for 2 weeks, no attempts of delivery. Customer service shared that no delivery driver was able to pick up the item for the whole 2 weeks. Refused to give any other estimates. When asked if the item is lost, initially denied. Subsequently, I called up seller to rush them, and seller was informed that the item was damaged/misplaced/lost. If I hadn't called ninjavan, they wouldn't care to update and attempt to find the item. 3 days later, they updated seller that they found the item and will deliver it asap. Been another week and item still not delivered. Contacted customer service again and they informed that they can't promised when it would be delivered and even shared that it might take a few weeks... Absolutely ZERO sense of responsibility. Hope all online sellers will stop using this courier when delivering stuff to customers.

I have am very disappointed with Ninja Van service. Initially I have put my office address for my parcel to be delivered, twice failed. I have never had problems with Ninja van service whether the delivery is to my home or office. But I am not too sure why this time round the driver went twice to my office at 7pm+ where all offices are close and no access allowed. And to my astonishment I saw the status stating that I have asked for a reschedule which I did not receive a call from the delivery driver and how is it possible that I asked for a reschedule. Since it was twice failed delivery to my office due to the "timing" they sent my parcel, I called the customer service the next morning to inform them that the address is an Office address and to deliver it within office hours and was told they will put the message across and it depend on their driver. Fine! So when it happened the second time, I sent an email to the customer service team, and I indeed receive a prompt reply and I requested them to deliver it to my home address instead since, their driver find it such a hassle to deliver it during office hours. They did change the delivery address to my home address which I would like to comment that they are efficient. And this morning, receive an email stating that I will be receiving my parcel today. As the latest timing for the delivery is 10pm. I waited at home the whole day and up to 9pm there was no ring on the door bell. So I decided to check on the status thinking since it is still not 10pm to give them some time, just to realise they push my delivery to 1 Mar without any notification to inform me. I am totally disappointed with Ninja Van this time.
