Inferior products and rude staff - was told off by staff that my 2 week old stove firegun doesn't work anymore because we must have pressed too hard on it.. a china lady with her china attitude..i was dumbfounded..not even sure why they are called Nippon home when all their products are cheap inferior china products..

branch at buangkok mrt.hv many good things but lady staff there who is working alone,is not v friendly.

So far, couple of trips here has been good for me and family to find something for household. Best to visit this place together with other bigger household shops in sengkang.

They have a decent range for diy/ household products. And it’s always good to have a store like this near to home.

I am a very unhappy customer. Last time the service is great but now sad to say after changing staffs the customer service here drop rock bottom. Today my wife and young lower primary son when there to Shop. One of the staff there pick on my son and ask him to leave the shop for touching with the items there. Hello if you do not touch to take the item how to buy them. My son is only a young kid. She still dare to rise her voice and quarrel with my wife who is a customer with them for more than 10 years when my wife question her the reasons for her action. We also good willingly offer to compensate if any item is spoiled during the incident but nothing is spoiled or damaged too. I had personally Buy things from this shop for years. So sad to see all the old good staffs left came all these new staffs that does not provide good customer service at all. Hope their boss will provide better training for his workers. I really do not recommend children with young kids to shop at this Buangkok outlet until the staffs change their attitude. It is not family friendly.

The staffs all seemed to be from China and can’t even speak basic English. If you are non-Chinese speaking, you can’t get much help from the staffs. Not very helpful and poor product knowledge. Prices are on the high side. Company need to relook staff training and also hire staff who can speak some basic English. Their attitude to customer service need to improve tremendously. Sad to see companies nowadays hiring China staffs who not only can’t speak basic English but generally have poor customer service.

First time enter Bedok Mall outlet, fascinated by the store as I love storage organization. Walked over to the other aisle saw this knife holder so I want to take it out without realizing there is a tall cutlery holder in front of it. Accidentally toppled it over. Stupid organization. When the staff heard something drop 1 female staff with an unfriendly approach came over. She spoke no words just took the holder from the floor showed me the the scratch or damage marks..so does this mean I have to pay, idk what she mumble in Chinese guess she's from china and showed to the cashier. I guess I have damaged the goods so I have to pay. No one ask me to pay and I have no interest to browse the shop plus with the girl attitude. I just make payment at the counter and left told the staff I don't want your item. I felt so cheated. No investigation nor explanation. And these china staffs please show some manners and have better customer service working here. Never gonna step foot into the store!

Managed to buy a quick fix diy blu tag quickly. Staff are stoic faced though ? anyway average convenient store nearest to Subway
