★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never ship your cargo from irresponsible companies like this.nirmana cargo is correct to say that it is a dirty institution with no responsibility.They need to be taught from the beginning what customer service is.They talk ugly to the customer.Think carefully before dealing with such companies that make the customer uncomfortable by changing the price to their whims and fancies that are only after money.dont west your time and mony.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst shipping experience ever. The staff at Sri Lankan clearance were absolutely horrible. The managerial staff is eyeing for bribes. The working staff is absolutely deadbeat lazy.
Customer service is horrendous. It was like they were trying their best to not clear our goods.
Definitely not gonna use this company again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HORRIBLE PATHETIC Service. Do not use this service. These people will change their price as per the opportunity they see. for an example I checked the price for a 1/4 cubic meter cargo over whatsapp, But when i went there with the stuff to their shop they said they had to increase the price. I had no option but to pay that price.
Also I used their door to door service in sri lanka. Upon calling the person in sri lanka (so called owner of the company) we agreed for a price (Rs 10,000 to transport to Kandy) , so I said to proceed with the shipment, It was a cash on delivery service. When they delivered the cargo they had increased the price again (Rs 25,000).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a worse experience with the service. Didn't pickup the cargo on the day agreed. And the contact person in Singapore is very rude person and doesn't know how to speak to a customer. On the other hand contact person in SriLanka is friendly.Agreed to deliver door to door but later said that they are not delivering. Check other cargo services in Singapore before choosing this service. Good luck
