k	kayla how on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our main door auto shut was damaged during the process of the installation with workers coming in and out of our house the entire day. As the auto shut stopped working, it affected our auto lock from functioning properly. This company refused to take responsibility and left us with a faulty main door. Why should we damage our own main door after spending almost 10k to soundproof our balcony on the same day. Sound proofing works but not 100% you can still hear the traffic noise. If you wanna use them, suggest you take inventory of your assets first in case it becomes your fault if it is damaged after installation.

Bob supported me from sales. Shoutout to everyone from sales to finance, and installation team, they were all very professional. I am happy with the high quality product, and with the installation work. My original door frame was chipped during the installation, but rectification work was done - it looks as good. I have only done up the study room; replacement of windows and door to sound proof the room. Great improvement for WFH setup, and my spouse is also using the room for recording works. overall, I am a happy customer, and will definitely return to them in future. Highly recommended.

I personally feel they deserve a pat on the back base on the following: 1) James is very responsible and responsive in updating us on the status of the progress (glass fabrication, getting HDB approvals, delivery and installation date and time) and replying to our queries via mobile. 2) His delivery and installation crew is punctual (reach on the dot at 9am), efficient and proficient (every crew member knows the role they are playing and what needs to be done), maintain positive vibes throughout the installation and maintain high standard of cleanliness when wrapping up (every corner is sweep and well taken care of). Strongly recommends!!

I experienced an issue with the rubber sealing for my door and windows, which compromised the noise insulation properties. I contacted the Noise Plaster team and the technicians came down and rectified the issue two days later. Hands-down the best post-sales service I have experienced. They are also able to advise and install windows in certain buildings, and obtain permits for, that other vendors do not want to take on. The plastering finishing could be improved on the building exterior side. There are also sharp burrs from their manual cutting of the drainage channels, that I filed down myself.

The project completed swiftly ahead of schedule and I was really impressed with the results, visually and sonically. Before this, I was using sliding windows for 30+ years and the improvement in isolation is INCREDIBLE. More importantly, they have an amazing after sales service. I noticed some air gaps, as well as scratches on some window panes. To my pleasant surprise, they sent in a team to rectify the issues very promptly, and also replaced the window panes. I really salute their awesome service from start to finish, and highly recommend Noise Plaster!!!
