★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contractors mostly come here to get their parts. I had to wait awhile for service staff to attend to me cos they were so busy. Good place to look for plumbing parts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanted to buy a pvc pipe. Went in, nobody seemed interested in serving me even the shop only had 1 other customer...after awhile,asked someone me what I wanted... I told him needed a pvc pipe that could fit into the ring that I brought. He didn't even measure the diameter, just took the ring n wayang wayang slot into a few pipes that didn't fit n ask me whether this is ok.... I told him I needed a pipe that can fit, again no measurement done... Just using eye power see what is available then declared they didn't have what I need... Bad service n no initiative from the staff....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely rude and unhelpful staff who ignores you totally as though you are invisible to them. I will advise my contractors to avoid this shop at all cost if they need to buy plumbing hardware.

You have to know what you want , at the very least do your research and have pictures of the items you need. Prices are great, old school style shop. Only the staff will know where the items are. Prices are not labeled but please ask and they will print an invoice for you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely unhelpful staff. I need to cut the pipes into more than 2 pieces, I even offered to pay for this service, but they just kept saying they can't cut it. If you can cut it into 2 then can cut it into 4 pieces. The shop has the tools and I even saw then cutting the pipe, it takes them less than a minute. Would never recommend to go here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Attitude of counter staff who is either the lady boss or her son were both rude. Went to purchase 2 elbow fittings and they realise I order 2x quantity and told me they don't sell it and her son even gave the condescending tone!
So I decided to approach one their employees instead and was helpful to help me find the fittings and sell it in a friendly manner. Seems like this shop doesn't treat walk in customers well and prefer large wholesale order, which is very bad for a business shop!
