Paid but did not deliver aircon service

I was recommended to use Noris for my aircon servicing. The customer service personnel is friendly and helpful. Unlike others who keeps telling you to top up gas (obviously if you have to keep topping up gas, there is something wrong with the aircon units), they go straight to the issue even though they could have just earned the money. When it is not their expertise, they directed me to the manufacturer instead of charging me to diagnose the issue etc. I recently replaced my aircon with a new set with them and they kept the entire place very clean and tidy unlike my previous installation with another company. They would ensure that dust would not fly everywhere, covered the furniture etc and even vacuumed thereafter. I just had to mop the floor lightly after that. Highly recommended. I use their contract aircon servicing (4x a year). If aircon has any issues in between, they will come and check without charging.

Have been with them for 6years. Have always been happy and recently they just did a chemical wash. The job was very well done and the unit is alive again.

I have been using NORIS for my residence and office works for a decade now and have come to trust their reliable service and no nonsense quotes. This is a long overdue review but a well deserved one. We had some major work to be done for a large high-profile cafe in Dempsey Hill. While we tried other multiple contractors and even went back to the servicing agent but the repairs were frustratingly unsuccessful. As the work had to be done after hours, NORIS had to make special arrangements for the work to be done. Their quote was understandably higher than other vendors, but we went ahead with NORIS because of my past experience with them. My team and management was eventually blown away by their service and professionalism. A thorough check and chemical clean was done for each unit. Even refit works were done at no extra cost to us (even though someone else would have easily charged). The team even cleaned up really well so we could open for morning service to customers. In the end, whole operation lasted the whole night from 10pm to 7am in the morning with the NORIS team working non-stop to complete a monumental job within the time. Highly recommend NORIS, but they are already very popular so you'll need to be patient with their schedules. I'd say it's worth the wait and worth the extra penny. For me, the peace of mind when I engage with NORIS is priceless. Kudos to Adrian Sor and the team for taking good care of us.

Reliable services. Dedicated staff in ensuring the best services provided. unlike others contractor who will quote a cheap rates and will inform you of topping up the gases,whereas, very seldom require unless there is a leak in the piping. Try sign up for their servicing package, definitely worth it.

We have been with Noris since 5 years ago, from air con installation to continued servicing of air cons. No hidden costs for both services. The servicing uncles are very friendly and always give helpful advices on how to care for the air cons. They are always punctual and very efficient. I have encountered with previous servicing company where they left my house dusty after servicing. These uncles make sure that the house is still clean after servicing. Highly recommended!
