Visited my friend who stays at the 2 room at the condo. Quite small rooms. The basement car park are small too. The condo is easily accessible from main road and seen clearly.

Very nice entrance water feature. The balcony layout is very unique. Facilities are ok, no tennis court and sauna/steam room but surprised to see a small skatepark. Clean environment and well maintained greenery. One star missing is due to location and pool facing units has no privacy at all. Its quite a walk to any convenient store. (There a few vending machines in the compound). Easier to just take bus out since bus stop is just outside the condo. For driver, I think its okay since quite near to SLE.
