★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst agency in Singapore! Mrs Joshy the owner, is unethical. We brought her to court for false representation. During the 3-way phone interview with maid and questions I asked and the person who turned up to my house was a completely different person all together. I asked the maid why over the phone u said u can handle new born baby and now u completely can't. That's when she said she didn't speak with anyone. Madam only asked her to pack up and come. She didn't speak to me. Because a newborn baby is involved the judge verdict was in our favour since we had all the CCTV footage.
