Think hard before purchasing the product. Less than reasonable customer service and unreliable product quality. I had so much frustration with their product and their service beyond words.
The 180 days filter usage does not live up to the claims at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their W29 water dispenser is the biggest joke of the century. Upon purchase, no one told us the entire machine will stop working every 180 days unless you change the filters. Filters are hard to change and you have to call for service every time. They are expensive too. Unscrupulous sales gimmick of making customers spend money on their products once every 6 months. Buy at your own risk. I am saying goodbye to Novita products for good. Do not like dishonesty. Customers should be told upfront what to expect before purchase.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service today appointment is from 10am to 1pm no one call and info the appointment timer have change to 2pm to 6pm will need customer to WhatsApp and check who no one coming over after 1pm.
Service guys come over and W29 hot and cold ballast issue and unit only use about 1 years plus and the old N3301i no issue on what ballast.
Tell me need to paid $50 plus and transportation fee. Now is your products having issue and you and asking customer to make the $50 plus and transportation fee. I will change the water dispenser better.
This type of service now I know why Novita SG only have 3.2 Star if can I will give -5 star not 1 star. Need sales will follow up with customer after sales close and service is bad.

When we were at Takashimaya Novita outlet to get W18 water dispenser, he provided relevant information about the product. He demonstrated competency when he was serving us and it gave us great confidence. We are very please from the first purchase to the completion of installation. The entire process was smooth and satisfying. Well Alwin!!

No service or maintenance staff contact me coming to a week after purchasing their maintenance package for Hydroplus premium water ioniser NP10000. Maybe need to write off my set and get another brand instead

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Old Rules Redefined?? I just got my brand new W29 and it was outright DISAPPOINTING! Firstly it was bigger and bulkier than my W8.
1) A Few hours after installation, the cold water doesn’t work. The technician told me is a factory defect and the compressor might be broken.
2) the room temperature water is silly. It mixes hot water with cold water to get room temperature. It means that you have a chance to scald your hand when the hot water is dispensing (my partner actually scalded her hands)
3) the familiar head twisting that can enable you to fill containers of different shape and sizes is gone! Now there is a slider tray. Where you slide out the tray, but then again the dispenser is bottle shaped so anything other than cups and bottles will be a difficult fit
The only thing that’s good about this supposed upgrade is the water filter is changed every 6 months (instead of 3 months for W8). But then again the filter looks extremely difficult to change (God help me in 6 months time if I haven’t thrown away this darned contraption).
Can I please have back my W8???
Or is there a money back guarantee?
If you guys don’t buck up, you guys will be part of Singapore’s history.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst water filter I have ever had. Water filter does not allow you to take water when the filter life span is up effectively bricking the whole unit until you purchase their water filter.
It’s an unacceptable practice that is despicable and annoying. If I don’t have a spare filter, I gotta wait until I have time to purchase one or wait for their delivery. What am I supposed to drink then?
Water filter replacement is also a complicated and tough process, forcing you to pay for their workers to come down to change.
Do not buy their products.
