★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The whole crew are inexperience when encounter with technical aspects. No proper training, procedure and no follow up. 4 weeks in using still having lots of issue. You can see that their reviews are all made up by their staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad customer service, can’t even settle technical issues promptly and couldn’t even go down the same day to resolve the issue and the downtime has impacted the shop operations, business and efficiency which no one bothers to take responsibility for, I would put a no star if I could!

Please do yourself a favour and look for another POS service provider.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ how can this thing be named as po system, please man, add 1 item I need to do 5 to 6 step! not even when somethings wrong and urgent you text their group through what'sapp the answer that you will get is please email to our support email. now a new issue, uses an item level GST calculation rather than a subtotal calculation, hence there will be roundings at the item level calculation.... so, if 1 bill order 1000 item, are we going to extra charge the guest 1 dollars and tell the guest that's rounding??? oh gosh.... please don't buy it....

A shout out to Lynn for being very responsive whenever we faced any issue , and for being very patient with us with our many requests. Would highly recommend Novitee to all the New and Old F&B Vendors that are looking to either upgrade or buy a new POS System. Do Support Them !
