Before TimeSync I used scheduling service such as AcuityScheduling and ScheduleOnce. I have been a subscriber of TimeSync since May 2021 and I am happy with how easy it is to use this service. In fact, compared with ScheduleOnce, I am satisfied with better services at a more affordable package. Thanks Novocall!

I got the lifetime deal, so the pricing was great. Timesync has been updated several times making it now a robust tool for any scheduling needs. It's a great alternative to Calendly. It syncs with Google Calendar, Zoom, Google Meet, PayPal, and Zapier.

Horrible company. I would give 0 stars if I could. I enrolled in a free trial and was told I would automatically be on the "free" plan when it ended. I was then charged $25. The website made it VERY hard to find any page with an option to cancel your account, so I emailed the support email address and got no response. I was then charged $25 the next month, so I emailed again asking for my account to be cancelled and to get a refund. No response. The next month, another $25 charge and I was very frustrated, so I went back to the website and tried each "support" option. The Telegram @Novocall_bot "send message" button does not work; similarly, the WhatsApp link is broken (it had me scan a barcode that brought me to a "Your search did not match any documents page). Finally, I was able to send a facebook message and got a response there. They said "The system will auto charge your subscription after the free trial" and that they offer no refunds. I was never informed that I would be charged, and the company is at fault for not responding to emails, having a horrible website, and advertising other nonexistant options for contacting them. I eventually got 1 of the three months refunded, but I still feel I was scammed. What an unprofessional company.

This is a great product! Works as expected - The only deal breaker for me is that you need SMS credits to send out WhatsApp reminders (Which doesn't seem right) Apart from that, the product works just fine and I haven't had any negative experiences

Time Sync has been the best solution for me and my team. I absolutely love that I can seamlessly integrate with my calendar without any hiccups or errors. It is so intuitive!

I recently switched to Timesync from another Meeting Scheduling App. Whatsapp Reminders is The Feature which made me consider the switch. I was extremely delighted with The courteous customer care of Novocal. They guided me with courteous explanations for onboarding and they are also open for new feature requests! Definitely a great deal for anyone looking for an excellent Meeting Management System with Whatsapp Reminders

I think Novacall is the best scheduler online. It's so easy to access and user-friendly. It also has a ton of features that other schedulers don't, which is really helpful for keeping up with my busy life. I highly recommend it!
