*Updated 12 Sep 2019*: NPE Print sent me a SOA dated 31 Dec 2018 on 28 Jan 2019 to chase for payment of an incomplete printing job. Francis replied and said will sort it out and get back to me asap. Today, 12 Sep 2019, I received 2nd SOA dated 31 Aug 2019 and asking me for payment again. Simply I do not understand. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Had a bad experience with the salesperson, Vonn Yeoh on our file sample. In fact, I asked her in the email if she is able to take up this job as it is just a one file sample job for part of vendors selections. She said ok and I signed off the quotation that cost $80+ for the printing of 1 file and delivery. I even asked her for company bank account no in the email so that I can make immediate bank transfer (which she didn't reply). Following week, i called her to follow up on the job status. She kept finding excuses and failed to deliver our file sample within the stipulated time frame. Excuses like deliveryman is unable to deliver today (8 Aug). She will deliver in the morning (10 Aug) instead. Called her when she did not show up in morning and she said will deliver at 2pm that day. Called her after 2pm, she does not pick calls from me. If you decide to withdraw from this job, please be upfront about it and inform your customer! Printing company with unreliable and irresponsible salesperson.

Had some issue with the printing with my order. Cassandra personally came to our office to rectify the issue and offered to take them back and re-print it for us despite our small order. Quality is good! Overall experience is great. Reliable, prompt and professional. Strongly recommended!
