One of the worst property management agencies around. Had them for 8 years, in which they managed to run down our condominium. Complaints are not dealt with. When needing to fix things, they would get the cheapest company and overcharge you. Installed a CCTV system that is new but outdated, doesn't cover all areas. But charged us for newest model. Cleaning services are non existent. The only thing that the cleaner does is take out the trash once a day after the trash company comes to collect the trash. No sweeping, mopping, cleaning of common areas. Gardening services are poor, act like a cleaning company but have no clue of gardening. Workers sleep for hours instead of working. Run down greenery. Had all lights changed to LED, instead of getting newer and energy saving. Got old outdated lights and charged us again for newest models. The walls are black from mold because they are not capable of waterproofing for over 4 years now. They don't care about complaints and only act when it's necessary. And I could continue on and on. Stay away from this company.. that shares an office and obviously only has 2 employees and outsources everything.
