Because I was a manager, each time they came Friday 17:00, I had to go out of the blue to HR and was asked to leave immediately, without warning me first something is wrong and giving me a chance to rectify that problem, without giving me a chance to state my view or challenge the decision, without the manager responsible for my firing being present. At the second time, the HR manager was crying, because she felt it was so unfair what was happening to me, but she had to do her job. They also forbid me to say good bye to my employees. Join this company only if you can accept Indian mentality.
