Came to look for gum specialist Clement Goh to clear some of my doubts. Due to childhood experiences, am worried at first, but clement is very professional and knowledgeable. He explain Every steps in details and gave a confident answer to all my doubts. I am very pleased with the whole process. The receptionists and dentist assistant are very friendly too. Pricing wise is very transparent and reasonable. Strongly recommended!

I don't really write reviews but I think Dr Adrian Lee and his nurse Hannah at this Unity Denticare branch deserves a special mention. I have seen Dr Adrian Lee for many years since coming back to Singapore. I think he is a true professional that takes pride in his work (and he is good at his work) and is honest in the way he charges his patients (really quite rare nowadays). Hannah is also polite and aims to provide excellent patient services (to me). Together, I think they make a great team. Well done Dr Adrian Lee and Hannah!

Wonderful experience and best dentist I've ever been to and highly recommend Dr Goh. Had my wisdom tooth extraction done this morning. It was done in seconds and the whole procedures was painless, thanks to Dr Goh and his assistant. Really impressed with his patience and professionalism. He answered all my questions and provide explanation to clear my doubt. Thanks to friendly and approachable reception personnel Geetha too!

Let me share the best dentist I met in my life! Nowadays doctors/dentist don’t chat so much with you about your condition and get to know your needs more? But Dr Adrian Lee from NTUC Health Denticare-One Marina Boulevard is so different! Gosh. Unlike some doctors who just wanna solve your issues ASAP so he/she can serve the next patient, Dr Adrian Lee is so patient, attentive, detailed in his explaining, empathetic and suggest the best options for the patients needs. Yes including his knowledge of CHAS card benefits. He does a thorough check on my teeth conditions, enthusiastically suggests the best option not only to solve my teeth issues, but the best AESTHETIC solution man! Makes my teeth look like natural as though nothing was done. No, I wasn’t there to seek aesthetic procedures, but he suggested a brilliant idea to solve my issue, at the lowest cost, looks like nothing was done and very competent skills and moves. Very smooth and steady. End result is swift and not as painful as what other dentist does for me..! I seriously think he is the God of Dentists!!! In the past, I had met dentists that does the wrong matching colour filling for me, and it falls out after 4 months! Yes in Singapore, not overseas. But so far none had happened with the magic Dr Adrian Lee does! Thumbs up!! Dr Adrian Lee is very down to earth and he’s very understanding towards very ordinary heartlanders like us. He knows cost of dental treatments can be expensive and he’s very jovial to think of cost effective ways to maximise the CHAS card benefits and cure my dental problem. No other dentist I met in Singapore is SO CARING AND HELPFUL like him! \(^_^)/ I will definitely follow this UNICORN no matter what!!!!

I haven't been to the dentist for many years, but due to issues with my molar tooth i was hesitant but had to make an appointment with the dentist. Going to the dentist is not easy for many, but we still need to when faced with our teeth/gum problems. Managed to secure an appmnt at NTUC Dental at Raffles plc. Was assigned to Dr Clement Goh. I had to say i was anxious and not sure what i will anticipate. Dr Clement put me at ease and explain the procedure since my molar has to be extracted. The procedure was fast and painless except feeling discomfort during the injection. I was impressed with the professionalism and care shown by the attending nurse and the reception personnel as well. I immediately made an appointment to have my teeth checked by Dr Clement soon.

Have been going to Dr Adrian for many years. Being someone who has a phobia of visiting the dentist, both Dr Adrian and Hannah helped to make my experience a less scary one with their professional service. Just did a wisdom tooth extraction and it was done in seconds and the whole experience was painless. Really impressed with his service and thanks a lot to Hannah for her comforting words to calm my nerves! Will definitely continue to recommend more friends! Good job guys!

Told the receptionist I needed a crown, they then booked me in see a dentist who wouldn’t do crowns (which they told me mid consultation). So be wary of wasting your time. Otherwise service was fine.

Horror. Whenever I see the damages done, I feel like smashing my head against the mirror. Went for scaling and polishing with Dr Toh. My friend recommended her, saying she was meticulous. Indeed my first cleaning with her was ok (hence the +1 star given to the initial 0 star rating that I wanted to give). So I came back to her 1 year later. And it was the start of my horror. 1. Halfway through the scaling, someone opened the door to say Hi??? I could still understand if it was urgent, but like what???!!! I am utterly shocked. That is the worst thing anyone could do - distracting the dentist while she was cleaning for non-important matters. 2. I have a small dent on one of my front teeth, which is not caused by having my tartar removed as it is not along my gumline. I suspect it is caused by the scaler(?) as it looks about the right size. And I suspect it happened when the dentist lost hold of my upper lips (she lost grip of my lips about 2-3 times while scaling my upper front teeth), and the scaler probably touched my teeth during those 2-3 times. 3. I have 2 lines on my other 2 front teeth, where one section of it can be felt by my fingertips. 4. When I called the clinic to ask, I was directed to the call center. The lady said she'll leave a message to the clinic to call me back after arranging with the dentist, but after 1 week, there's still no call. I went to see another dentist (not NTUC dental) and there's nothing that can be done about the damages. I am disturbed by the damages on my front teeth. The dent is visible at places with good lighting, aka anywhere under the sun. The lines have made me scared to eat hot and cold food, and I don't dare to go for cleaning in the future, in fear that the lines would worsen. I was contemplating on braces before, but now I don't even dare to get them. Even though the dentist I went to for 2nd opinion said it's ok to do all those, but I think it'll take a while for me to accept them.
