β β β β β Well this Silver ACE is just beside my block when ever l want to buy 3 meal a day l have to pass by this Seniors Citizen Club. N l personally have been going to the Silver Ace often like 4 or 5 days per weeks it is well organised for instant from Monday to Saturday alot of programmes morning and afternoon l will go in n rest chit chat with my friend. Female or Male all the Seniors by the ages of 6o years above are allowed to use the things that belong to Silver Ace Clubs be reading book or Newspaper, Taking Blood Pressure Measures or weighting our body to see weather we lose weight or gains weight. I will said that I personally have benefited alot from mixing around with the Seniors be it Male or Female, coz before l join in this Silver Ace l was introvert guy always keeping quiet to myself but after joining this Silver Ace l'm now more open n been an extrovert person no more hiding behind. Thanks to the Silver Ace Clubs....
