NTUC Health Senior Day Care - Henderson (Dementia Care, Rehabilitation and Physiotherapy, Day Care)

My father have been daycare centre for about 1 year. The health staff are very nice. They will call if my father is not feeling well and monitor his health condition closely.

All Staff at Ntuc Health Day Centre for Seniors Henderson are very helpful, attentive and friendly. The premises are clean, airy n elderly-user friendly. The Rehab section is adequately equipped with exercise equipment. Staff at rehab unit are patient and helpful. I'm grateful to all staff at Ntuc Health Senior Day Centre for Seniors Henderson for taking good care of my mother and helping my new Myanmar helper to adjust to new environment. Thank you very much:)

I'm very glad to have this senior day care centre so nearby, just 3 blocks away and my mother went there 5 days a week. The charges are very reasonable and I'm impressed with the varieties of food and fruits they provide and different programs to engage the elderly. The staffs are very friendly and responsible.

My mother was attending this centre since it was open. The nurse and staff there are helpful and careful. The food is good. The nurse will take extra mile to call regarding her medical condition at home and call if they found she had a change in behavior in the centre. The manager is friendly and hard working. She will call every time my mother is absent for the centre. She will ever look into small matters what my mother need at the centre. I hereby take this opportunity to thank the centre for the service for my mother.

My dad has been visiting this centre for the past 3 months, 5 days a week. The centre manager and staff members are very caring and attentive to every individual elderly folk there. My dad looks forward to it every day and has even extended his time there twice a week. He has never felt so fulfilled in a long long time with his days occupied with things to do and friends to mingle and interact with. Thank you Anna & the Ace Team for putting the sm:)e back onto my dad's face again! You guys and the centre are godsend!

My parents have being attending senior day care on alternate days since a year ago. The service at the center has always been very good. Recently both my parents’ health deteriorated sharply n the care required for both of them increased considerably, resulting in new demands n anguish in the family. Care center went the extra mile to provide additional support not just to my parents, but also to us a caregivers. They were both physical n emotional support. Both my parents have become difficult customers but the staff at the care center were welcoming, patient n extremely caring. Anna in particular was always on hand to lend advice as well as a warm shoulder, providing advice n offering empathy all at the same time. She makes me n my family feel we are not alone in our arduous journey. Thank you Anna n all at the day care center who accepted my parents for all their demands tantrums n u reasonable behaviours. ❤️

I am glad that I have chosen this day care centre for my mum and my mum enjoys her time and the activities there. Other than staying fit exercises, they have activities like colouring, bingo and games for elderly to keep their mind active. I am also grateful to the manager and staff there for taking care of my mum so well. There are a couple of times that my mum dun feel well and they took the necessary actions in a very prompt and timely manner. Kudos to all staff at this day care centre. Thank you very much.
