★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I highly recommend this activity centre for seniors as the process of enrolment and the care they give is excellent! My Dad had cognitive impairment due to the isolation during lockdown. By coming here often several times a week, he experienced much improvement seen from the very first month! The manager Lilian and staff including Nurse Chong , Thomas and Karen are very warm and helpful. I truly am very thankful for this wonderful place as my dad is enjoying himself and so much improved noted by his geriatrician too! AIC can help those who need financial assistance for this centre. AIC had branches conveniently located in hospitals including NUH

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The nurse and staff of NTUC Senior Daycare Centre are attentive and meticulous to elderly. Appreciate the transport and escort (Lay Peng) staff in taking great care of elderly, ensuring safety during boarding and alighting from the vehicle. The staff are approachable and friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is never easy taking care of someone and let alone a group of unique individuals in their golden years. Really appreciate the tireless effort, patience, care and passion from the team at the centre in doing such a wonderful job! While taking care of my mother's needs, they also try to find out her interests and constantly engaging her in conversations and various activities. This reflects in her eagerness to go to the centre everyday, always coming home cheery and proud of her own achievements with little pretty artworks. Special thanks to Nurse Chong, Nurse Aide Kathlene, Auntie Winnie, Uncle Lee and Centre Manager Lilian! I am truly inspired and encouraged to also continue my own effort in taking care of my parents.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mother has been with NTUC Health GymTonic/Circuit Training Gym since 2019. She enjoys going there for her exercises twice a week. The many exercise stations suit her needs in strengthening her body. The physiotherapists are all very friendly and patient with the old folks. She has made many new friends there at the gym and loves going there to chitchat with them. A good gym for the old folks! Special thanks to the staffs: Sharon, Pearl, Jia Wei, and Colleen. Very patient, approachable and professional in handling members' appointments and queries. Very good experience!
