Occupational First Aid course with Jeremy is really an enjoyable experience. Really concise with his explanations and loves practical lessons. Location is also easy to get to with a bus stop and mrt station just nearby.

Good experience with OFA 3 day course with Jeremy Nonis. He made the classroom experience enjoyable and engaged with loads of practical. Bringing along a lot of life experiences was a plus! Thanks Jeremy!

NTUC Learning website listed as training course provider but lack of revealing training courses details like course cost and schedule. It is difficult to navigate and its website have many broken links. I like the old one better. LXP portal is a failure. Sending email to LXP to check whether can LXP subscription deductible via skillfuture credit. No response answer for one whole week. Customer experience is bad.

Arrogant and irresponsible staff. Refuse to process a payment for a course because Radiologist "didn't sign on the paper" while I have the computer generated health screening report with FULL details of the Doctor, Radiologist and the clinic's contact. Conveniently shifting blame to "LTA will not accept" and insisted I get a signature of the radiologist. Went back to the clinic and the clinic explained clearly it CAN be used and challenged them if they know the rules. Despite gotten a good sounding off, the staff still insist and shown me picture of other application with signatures. Upon pressing them further, they tried to shift the responsibility to LTA. "I spoke to my manager if LTA officer able to contact u on this cos also don't want to be squeeze in between due to the process" Low and behold, an hour later, LTA called me and said my clinic as given all the required details report and DO NOT NEED signature on form. I gotten a voice recording for the LTA officer proofing they will accept the document... now see what story NTUC will cook up, apart from apologising for being incompetent. now NTUC is closed. Happily tai ji to another department... for another day.

I found it best to take up a lot of courses at NTUC Learning Hub as most of the trainers are highly qualified and have lots of work experiences to pass their teachings, past experiences and knowledge to the learners.

NTUC Learning Hub is located along Bras Basah Road, it is located strategically near to MRT station. (Circle line : Bras Basah). The rooms can be cold and decent for training. Trainers are professionals and qualified. The restroom can be further improved. Looking forward to the improvement to the infrastructure.

Attended Occupational First Aid course with Jeremy Nonis. Very well efficient and fun trainer. Class was never a bore. He made dry topics fun. Learned a lot from him. His practical sessions are very very useful. Thank you Jeremy!

Mr Jeremy Nonis is a very funny and good trainer! The classes he conduct are very fun and interesting, always filled with humour and jokes. Definitely a fun lively class to be in.
