No issue with the maid from NUR Agency, my maid already with me for 6 years. From my opinion the maid became annoying/ problem that may caused by the employer or the maid itself...

Extremely disappointed in the lack of professionalism. I had the WORSE EXPERIENCE in nurmaid. And I would not recommend. Please check your inbox and emails. I need a response from the management as soon as possible. Should this problem not solved and attended to (and left alone like how helpless I was the last weeks), I will not hesitate to take this matter to the next level. It's about time YOU STOP EMPHASISING ABOUT YOUR GOOD COMPANY REVIEWS AND START FOCUSING ON YOUR STRUGGLING CUSTOMERS NEEDS. PRACTICE WHAT YOU PREACH NURMAID!

i am very happy with the maid i got. she is very caring and patient towards my dad. Can clean and cook very well. Thank you nur and the staff for assisting me with all my requirements.

We requested for a replacement of our previous helper A as she wants to go home, and we were highly recommended by your colleague to employ Helper B as she had experiences working at Malaysia and Kuwait and knows how to handle children. We already informed your staff, with regards to the situtation whereas she said she will call back but till now there is no response. It is a very serious thing to falsify details in regards of my current helper. This is far the worst experience we've had with helpers and the Nur agency team. Basic things such as sweeping/making the bed / make simple drinks / handling our child cannot be excuted. As spoken with Helper B, she mentioned and double confirmed with us that she has no experiences besides the previous employer whom she works for 5 months only. Documents shows that she could cook, wash toilet and make bedroom. I really hope you can look into this matter urgently and revert back to us the soonest. We hereby request for a full refund which we paid on 7th Aug as we no need such helpers from your agency that provides false details about them. We wont hesitate to bring this matter to the higher authorities if no action is taken as this is not the 1st time we experience such incident with your Agency.

It was very comforting to see that the staff at Nur really trying their hardest to ensure that my family requirements are met. Finally got an agency that prioritize customers and not care only about making sales. I am very happy with my current maid from Nur, she is very hardworking fast in her work, and also patient with my active kids. Thanks again Nur Agency. I appreciate all the help.

it was my first time having a baby so i was very particular about my maid requirements. But the staff was very patient with me and helped me through until i am truly happy with my choice of maid. They also managed to get me the maid on the week that i requested. Overall, i am very happy with their service. Well done.

Their maids cannot work well. Give problems. Saw many transfer maids. My maid also work for 2 months only wanted transfer. However after advise she continued. But after 4 months later she give us shock runaway to embassy just because of small matter. Its their rescuer. We being very nice with her but yet whatever mistakes they did for house chores we, the employer could not say much. They cannot accept. They are more superior then us. Agent fees also expensive. Now salary also increased. Not worth.
