Bring your student card, as when you go in you need to scan it to be able to get a queue ticket. The seating is very comfortable and there is Aircon, so waiting for your turn is no an unpleasant experience.
G	George S. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff was was not helpful to me, instead choosing to question my decision to attend the university with a really negative attitude rather than offering assistance in any way, shape, or form. They indicated to me that there were around 10 other students that day before my arrival that they also did not satisfactorily assist.

Whether the staff is rude or not totally depends, for me I was served with nice Staffs all the time. However, my problem wasn't solved. For e.g., I was rejected for all of NUS accommodations as a freshmen, despite having various past CCA and leadership experiences. And when I went for an appeal as the system was definitely fraud, all they could offer me is "look for an outside accommodation elsewhere." This shows how they operate in a less flexible manner with no solutions provided. They strictly follow their SOP with no flexibility in handling various problem on a case-by-case basis. They lack empathy to their NUS students' unfair encounters.
