used to be a regular but due to work commitment, I was away from working out. Now when I wanna come back and get my usual protein powder, it is always out of stock. I never once get notification about stock arriving even though I sign up. Are you guys even in business anymore?

I would NEVER recommend any potential buyers to use NUTRITION PARK SG for your personal fitness requirements and advise you seek a much better more customer oriented alternative. Initially when I first purchased my treadmill everyone was polite and customer service was great however once the transaction was complete, it was like NUTRITION PARK never existed. I have been waiting more than 12 months to have my treadmill repaired with no satisfaction at all. After numerous phone calls, communications and broken promises, I find this "company" rivals the WORST I have ever experienced in customer service. Although they claim they are addressing my issues, my request for a recommendation of alternative avenues of support are fully rejected. I still cannot understand how a business like this can remain operational in a place like Singapore where HONESTY and INTEGRITY are paramount NOT ONE OF MY BEST DECISIONS SINCE MOVING TO SINGAPORE !!!!!
