I engaged them to refurbish my 2 story apartment in Orchard. They did the design and build from beginning to completion with no hiccups. The quality exceeded my expectations, they used high quality materials, didn’t cut corners and used my budget to give me the best value for my money. I found the company and its staff to be very professional and would recommend to others.

It is a pleasant experience engaging Nelson from NYTC He takes a scientific approach to work and gives honest and knowledgeable advice, unlike most who focus on money minting as the primary objective. I got my office acoustic consulting (and subsequent execution) done through Nelson. He is well experienced in the construction and sound engineering domain. I intend to hand all my future renovation work to NYTC. Keep up the good work guys at NYTC.

Would highly recommend NYTC to anyone needing a main contractor to handle their projects. Their chief engineer Nelson was very knowledgeable about all aspects of construction from Acoustics to Electrical works. He wasn't always contactable by phone but always responded to me via messages. I found him to be honest, considerate and professional.

NYTC was the main contractor for the building of the millionaires club that I was working for. Everything was completed well and when we opened it really looked amazing. The workmanship was very high and the finish also very good quality. I found Nelson to be a very reasonable and genuine person, great care about his work and all our customer side.

I have engaged NYTC team to soundproofing my drum room because my neighbour complained a lot. I live quite far at woodland and off work late, NYTC has been very patient and helped to arrange evening site visit, really appreciate that! Nelson the engineer who was in charge of the project really knows what he is doing and his suggestions were extremely helpful! Even the project was under a tight budget, NYTC and Nelson helped to achieve a brilliant result. I am totally satisfied with the service.

Our church needed an effective soundproof door that separates the church worship hall from the classroom area urgently. I am very grateful to Nelson (the acoustic engineer from NYTC) who took time to visit the site and quickly recommended us a door. It is a wooden frame full glass door. Despite Nelson’s assurance, I was initially skeptical that it could effectively reduce noise quiet enough for a classroom setting. But I was wrong—the sound reduction Nelson promised me was pleasantly below what I got on site. Happily, we had our first Sunday Worship Service in the worship hall while maintaining the critical quietness in the classrooms. My church leaders and I are very grateful to Nelson for his accurate assessment of the situation and reliable recommendation. The door is simply beautiful! The price NYTC charged me is at least 50% less than what other contractors quoted me (I appreciate Nelson’s honesty—He could have charged me much more as he knew the price I got from other contractors, but he did not). Especially helpful is his lady office assistant, Winter, who kindly went out of the way to make the necessary urgent arrangements (installed within 3 days of notice!). Ah Yong the installer is a very pleasant person and he did an excellent work in installing the door. Also, despite a damage on the door made later by other people on site, Nelson kindly offered to rectify it quickly (within two days’ notice!). The church is grateful to NYTC and Nelson. Andrew Tan

There's nothing worse than fake, negative& fictitious reviews that sole intent is to cause damage and harm of reputation. I have worked for the organization for the last 10 years in Singapore and before that in the UK. The company has always done its best for its customers, given honest advice, excellent soundproofing results and worked with our hearts not our wallets. If we truly were as bad as some of these 'fake reviews' have said. How would be have been able to work and complete projects we have done from universal studios, mediacorp, yishun secondary school, haus athlestic, virgn active, 8th note, IBC Church and many more. 1. Mr Bambos please be fair! We completed your job back in 2014. If you recall we carried out the soundproofing for your entire house and you were happy with the results. 2017 you contacted our office about a broken sliding door handle. You actually lied to our staff stating you had warranty and demanding for a replacement handle for free. When finally our accounts checked your records, they had found out that actually you had never paid your final installment for your window plan. Nevertheless we still visited your home on two occasions to inspect your door. However as we didn't make that type of sliding window door anymore it was not possible for us to give a solution at that time. I did however try to contract you at a later point but. Your phone number is not in use for any of your numbers. 2. Mr Mohan, After looking through the customer databases we have checked our records and can find we have not done any work for you. 3. I engaged NYTC as the main contractor for the renovation of my exclusive V.V.I.P tea boutique in Singapore. I was very impressed with the legendary technical knowledge of their engineer Nelson who was always there for me when needed. The project was very complex and I had a very high standard and expectation and I have to say thanks to Nelson for never giving up regardless of how difficult a requirement I had. The works covered in my project was marble counter and table tops, rose gold, oak carpentry, network music systems, soundproofing, acoustics and much much more. Everything that was promised was done, helpful, friendly and did everything properly and professional. Thanks again for the rxcellent work and the best standards that I have experienced to date.
