Requested last min for aircon service and water leakage cose the company we booked appt didn't turn up. This team did an a excellent service. Will definitely recommend n will sure deal with them again. Thanks

The most 'HORRIBLEST' (most horrible of the horribles) aircon service i have ever encountered. DO NOT engage them. Not only were they slow in completing their work, they were always not on time. And they took so long to reply your messages. Their knowledge on aircon servicing is sub-par. They spoil my aircon compressor while doing retrunking, and they can't figure out what causes the fault til i have to engage another company to rectify the problem for them. And then, they took so long to refund my money. Their 'transfer now' can mean hours later. When they fix appt for u, it doesnt mean they will come down on that day. No one will update u when they are late, and u urself have to text them to find out why they are not here yet. And then they will anyhow change appt next day as they say they are engaged. Their workmanship is also horrible. The new trunk which they install looks so horrendous, it's disgusting. They didnt glue together and was ajar before they apply the silicon. U can breed bugs in there. And they leave some old trunks there hanging on ur wall. They are very scared of bad reviews, which explains why they hardly got any. They will literally beg u to bring down the bad review down for the sake of their company. They know nuts about aircon. DO NOT let them handle yours. U will definitely regret it. Trust me!

Excellent service with experienced technicians and serviceman. I am very happy with customer care, I had a cooling problem with one of the AC unit in my house, O2 Aircon rectified it, I am quite impressed with their expertise as they manage to identify the problem quickly. Obviously the team is highly skilled, carrying the best equipment to offer solutions. I highly recommend this company for Aircon servicing and maintenance (not sure about installations but I believe they are experts too).

Aircon Trunking, Piping, and Wiring Replacement of the entire house. Raja and his team were very professional. They took 2 days to complete the whole installation. They were well-trained, experienced , patient and reliable. Highly recommend to use 02 Aircon Engineering for any aircon issues.

I just want to commend your 2 staff who deep cleaned my aircon today. In the past, the usual guy who cleans my aircon will just brush and vacuum the blower and do some minor washing. But finally today, your staff saw it was never done properly. They advised me on what’s wrong with my aircon. They washed it thoroughly and now i get to enjoy cool air again! I posted in my instagram story and a lot of people found the video very satisfying and they asked for your contact details which i managed to give thanks to the staff who was willing to let me take a photo of his shirt. Have been using O2 for my quarterly AC maintenance for 3 years now. Their staffs are always polite, friendly, helpful and professional. Not to mention always on time too with their appointments. Contractor punctuality are hard to come by these days. I highly recommend O2 for any AC needs.
