A double standard bank. Their code of conduct and professionalism (if any) only applies to their operation in Singapore. Once overseas, they're entirely managed differently.

I have been calling for over 2 years now to get OCBC to stop sending me their customer's bank activities. It's quite obvious that OCBC does not care about their customers privacy or privacy of people that are not even a customer of their bank! Now I'm fed up, since obviously OCBC doesn't care, so why should I? As of now, I will start posting transactions from one of their customers on Google reviews, for everyone to see and I will update with a screenshot, everytime I receive new SMS from them!!

The queues here are horrendously long, unless you're of Premier banking status or if you've a special counter you could slot yourself into. Come at odd hours, or early in the morning like you would see a doctor. That said, was serviced by Cheryl Ho, who was amazing as a service ambassador. She managed to turn things around, as my colleague and I were rushing and we'd be waiting for 1 hour, just to see the queue move by 1, with 5 more numbers ahead of us in the business banking queue. We had simple things we needed to do after lunch, and thought it'd be a quick visit to the bank, and the hour there was just depressing altogether. Cheryl managed to turn things around, helping us check on the procedures, and what she could help expedite at that moment. Just the simple act of checking, made me feel a little calmer, and that things were being done on the service end; rather than your usual "oh you've to just queue and there's nothing we can do, sir" sort of message. Appreciate it!

Went down all the way from the north just to resolve a minor thing. Just to withdraw money that all. Wait for 15mins end up nothing is done. Issue still not resolved. When call,ask to wait. So how long does it take to resolve a small issue?

Worst customer experience ever. 50+ ppl waiting in the queue and only 3 (out of 12) counters were opened. U have to invest an entire afternoon to do any banking here. Once my property loan’s lock in period is over, I am out of this.

Worst banking services! I don’t know why such a big bank in Singapore. The customer counter service in their HQ building can take more than 2 hrs even there is no many ppl. They have total 12 counters but only open for 4 counters to serve all the business services. Although, they want to reduce the counter resources and go online. Firstly, ensure your online service is good. Secondly, there are still people or old folks need to have face to face services for clarification required. If OCBC only want to reduce the service in counter. Close down or remove away counters. I am sure they will lose their business for retail banking.
